Privacy Policy

The App works without an account. Everything you enter stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your personal data, and the App contains no advertising.

The App stores the following only in its private storage on your device:

• Workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights and routines you create.
• Body measurements you choose to record, such as bodyweight, body-fat percentage and tape measurements.
• Progress photos you choose to take or add.
• App preferences such as units and rest-timer defaults.

This information is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes it.

The App asks for permissions only to provide a feature you use:

• Notifications — to show the rest timer and workout reminders.
• Camera / photos — only if you add progress photos.

You can deny or revoke these at any time in Android settings; the rest of the App keeps working.

Any export of your data is created only when you ask and is saved where you choose. Android’s own device backup may include App data according to your device settings; that backup is handled by Google under its privacy policy, not by us.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we add features that collect or share data (such as optional cloud sync or crash reporting), we will update this policy and the App’s Google Play data-safety information before those features are released, and change the date above.
